Keith is a results-oriented intellectual property management professional with over 15 years of experience in licensing sales, business development and intellectual property (IP) management. Prior to forming FrontPoint Services, Keith was Vice President of Licensing at Honeywell International. He also managed the patent portfolio for R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company in Chicago. He capably coordinates all aspects of business development, licensing, brand management, market analysis, budgeting, acquisition/divestiture, joint venture, joint development and commercialization, enforcement, and technology transfer functions. Keith has a proven track record in starting up licensing programs and revitalizing underperforming operations. He has a BS in Business/Pre-Law from Southern Illinois University and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Chicago.

Over his 20 year professional career, Mark has worked in numerous aspects of computer systems development, business planning and creation, and Intellectual Property creation and management. Mark’s formal education includes a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Illinois (Chicago), and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University (graduated with Distinction). During his career at Donnelley, Mark created a patent portfolio with over 11 issued patents and played a critical role in the opening of two company spin-offs. After leaving Donnelley, Mark was recruited to work for the Chicago Board of Trade, where he was Director Of Intellectual Property.
